Congratulations to all the graduates this year, and to those who have passed their Board, Bar, Let, etc. Exams. If they already know the results. Goodluck to your future career guys!
This post is dedicated to graduates, out of school youth, parents, brothers, sisters, and to those who will still study this coming school year, especially high school students. This one's for you.
They say high school is the most enjoyable part of being a student. Because it is also your adolecent years. Crushes, Hanging out with friends, J.S. Prom, Puppy Love and so many things. I can say this are the right things to define high school. But as kids grow. They want experience so many things, they want to explore, their minds are open to learn new things. Because of this they can easily be influenced by not so good people into wrong things where they might learn how to cut class, smoke, drink alcohol, etc.
Our parents sent us to school so we can be prepared for our lives in future. Our parents don't want us to be dumb. But how can we be if were not going to listen to them?
I just want to share a bit of my story which I consider as one of my hundreds or thousands rather of my mistakes. This happens when I was in high school. First year, I enrolled on a public high school it was my first day, I know no one but my self. So I was sitting on my desk alone until a classmate approached me and ask some questions. Bio thing. We became friends and I joined his circle of friends, and this where it all started. I've learned so many things from them like cutting classes, unreasonable absenses which resulted to an average of 69.9 in Mapeh. And years have passed and I have learned how to smoke. Phew. I realize how dumb I'am everytime I think about this. But it isn't too late. I was fourth year when I decided to change my life. But I admit it's hard to make a change when you're a bit late. So better not to do what I did. But thank god I did it. I graduated and have been given an award as one of the journalists of the year.
Look guys. It is you who holds the key into success. If you have started bad, then better be good now. Making a change is hard only when your mind justify that it is. And all the things you will learn with all of this will be applied in college.
College + Dedication= Career + Dedication = Peaceful/Wealthy living
College is where you will shape your dreams, and make what you really want to be. I made my formula above to share you the key that I have. It is just dedication, yes!
"Everyone of us has a gift, just waiting to be revealed."- a quote from a milk commercial. Which I believe is true. In everything you do just add passion and dedication, even if it is not your forte I'm sure you'll be good on it.
just a tip. STUDY WHILE YOU ARE YOUNG. Make your parents and your self proud on what you did. Don't waste your time doing nothing because when It's too late you have nothing to blame but yourself.
